Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some questions we have received and our responses that may help you.

What does the Community of Practice include?

Our Community of Practice includes mentoring sessions that are scheduled once a month, a digital library of resources and templates, and peer support each month. We will offer practical support from event management to how to share your Table through social media and online as well as virtual meetings. We’re committed to walking alongside you - not just setting you up and sending you off.

Do I need to have attended a Table before joining the At Her Table Way?

Attending a Table as a guest isn’t a requirement to apply. That said, if there's one happening near you, we encourage it! It’s a great way to experience the heart of what we do. We also offer virtual tables so you can see what that looks like.

Do I need to live in the ACT to join the At Her Table Way?

No, you can live anywhere! The At Her Table Way is open to women all across Australia (or the world!) who feel aligned with our heart for community, connection, and leadership. The core modules and connection sessions are online, making it accessible wherever you are across Australia or the globe.

Are the group mentoring sessions separate from other commitments?

The group mentoring virtual sessions are your main time commitment for group learning. Additional personal reflection and reading time can be shaped around your schedule. Think of it as an extra 30min of intentional leadership development and connection.

Can I be involved if I can’t make the virtual gathering dates?

Yes - while the face-to-face virtual sessions are usually on a weekday, we understand that not everyone is available during these hours. We’ll provide session times in advance, and if you can’t make a session, you can catch the recording or connect with your cohort for support via the exclusive community platform.

Can I receive a tax invoice for my church or organisation to cover the cost?

Absolutely. Many churches or workplaces are happy to support this as part of your leadership development. We’ll provide a formal invoice upon request.

“Our mission is to create gatherings where every woman feels deeply connected and supported; fostering authentic conversations and building true communities that reflect our core values.

Our vision is that women across the world have the opportunity to taste and see the goodness of God.”
