Noticing.

Hello Friend,

I wanted to share something that’s been on my heart lately, especially after some amazing conversations with the women in our Canberra Table for Six. Last week we explored the idea of "noticing"—and how it shows up in our faith and everyday lives.

It’s like this: when we truly notice what’s going on inside ourselves, we start to understand what we’re really feeling and what’s genuinely us. And when we take the time to notice others, we begin to see their hearts and stories in a new light, which helps us connect on a deeper level. But the most beautiful part? It’s when we notice God. In those small, quiet moments, we see Gods presence and guidance weaving through our lives and conversations. This kind of noticing brings us closer—to ourselves, to each other, and to God.

Does this resonate with you at all?

I look forward to welcoming you to one of our many tables sometime very soon.

And if we haven’t met in person yet, simply email me here and let’s book a cuppa. I would love that!
